The Yuzu Gin initiative was devised by a couple of Caulfield Primary parents with their own interests in mind. As gin enthusiasts with a tree full of Yuzu, JBC Distillery was a logical choice. We're thrilled with the result, and $15 from each sale goes to improve the facilities of Caulfield Primary School.
